Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the FitTide app and website, provided by Grizzly Paw Software Ltda (CNPJ 56.161.958/0001-19), Brazil ("we"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use FitTide.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at contact@fittide.app if you think it has been accessed without permission.
Not medical advice
FitTide is a tracking tool. Routines, AI-generated suggestions, nutrition estimates, energy figures and derived indicators such as BMI are informational and may be inaccurate. They are not medical, nutritional or professional training advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or diet programme, and stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort. You train at your own risk.
Your content
The data, photos and notes you put into FitTide remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Content you choose to share with others is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to it, no automated abuse of AI features, and no unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Paid features
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing and renewals are shown before you buy and are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms, including their refund policies. Your logged history stays readable if a subscription ends. Usage limits may apply to AI features to keep the service fair and sustainable.
Third-party services
Connections to Health Connect, Apple Health, Strava and other services are optional and subject to those services' own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or behaviour.
Availability and changes
We work to keep FitTide reliable but provide it "as is", without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. We will notify you in the app of material changes to these terms; continuing to use FitTide after that means you accept them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or injury arising from your use of FitTide or from relying on its figures. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code (Law 8.078/1990) or other laws that cannot be waived.
Ending use
You can stop using FitTide and delete your account at any time in the app. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers may bring disputes in the courts of their own domicile.
